Event Details
Life Stress Reduction Techniques and Case Planning Workshop:
Prerequisite: No degree or prior workshop is required; a sincere desire to help others and the ability to follow and master the Rules of Facilitation is necessary. Must be open-minded and consider a client-centered approach to healing.
Life Stress Reduction (LSR), part of the larger subject of Applied Metapsychology, is a full program which makes use of a broad array of techniques. A Life Stress Reduction Program is tailored to meet the needs of a particular viewer (or client), utilizing a combination of the available techniques to approach the particular issues of life that the viewer experiences emotional pain, resistance, confusion, or other issues relating to or causing stress in their lives.
It also includes techniques that address past traumatic incidents in a less direct way than is done with TIR for individuals who are not ready to face their most traumatic experiences. The LSR workshops also includes many practical, effective techniques to prepare a client for TIR, and to relieve current life stresses which may or may not have resulted from past trauma.
The Life Stress Reduction Techniques and Case Planning Workshop is one of three workshops offered to teach attendees techniques that can be used in trauma reduction and life stress reduction. The other workshops are (a) Trauma Incident Reduction workshop which focuses mainly on reducing/eliminating the effects of past traumas or feelings/emotions/body sensations/attitudes or feeling associated with these incidents,a nd (b) Expanded Applications for Traumatic Incident Reduction, which, like the LSR workshop offers the attendees a vast array of techniques to expand personal enhancement and resolution of upsets and disturbances either related to traumatic incidents or daily problems. These workshops can be taken in any order.
These workshops present a new paradigm of safety and effectiveness for helping others. The structured techniques taught in these workshops are easy to learn and to apply. At the same time, they are very efficient and powerful in helping viewers release emotional charge and resolve issues that may have challenged them for years.
Upon completing either of these workshops, a facilitator can expect to get good results applying what has been learned. These workshops also include skill-building exercises, an opportunity to give and receive supervised Life Stress Reduction sessions, and practice in developing customized case plans using the wide variety of techniques taught.
